Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refund on Cancellation for any reason once the service is activated. These services includes: Air Ambulances, Commercial Airlines, Ground Ambulance, Train Ambulance, Medical Tourism, Global Hospitalization, Mortal Remains Transfer, Doctor on Call, Telemedicine, Organ Transport, E.CM.O. Transfer, Home Care, etc.
- If a cancellation is made before activation, the refund will be processed after deducting expenses, demurrages, and any costs incurred by HWW due to the cancellation. The remaining balance will then be refunded.
- Cancellation fee of 25% of the quotation applies if the service call is cancelled by the Payer after confirmation but before the tickets booking.
- No Refund shall be provided once tickets booking is done.
- No Refund will be entertained if cancellation is done due to deterioration of health of the patient or cardiac arrest/death of the patient after the booking of the ticket.
