The patient was transported from the Maldives to Bangkok under continuous medical supervision.

Given the patient’s deteriorating condition, our medical team conducted an in-depth analysis and expedited the repatriation process. Recognizing the urgency, we intubated the patient and placed her on an emergency medication drip to stabilize her before the transfer.
Despite the 6-hour flight duration, our medical team remained vigilant, closely monitoring the patient’s condition to ensure her stability. The team’s expertise and continuous observation were crucial in managing the patient’s needs and responding to any potential changes in her condition.
Upon arrival in Bangkok, the patient was promptly and carefully transferred from the aircraft to a ground ambulance, utilizing the spine board and mattress to ensure her safety and comfort. She was then swiftly transported to a hospital for further treatment, where we ensured a seamless handover to the hospital’s medical team.
