Bringing You Home with Full Medical Support

Humancare World Wide arranges medical repatriation from the UAE to your home country when hospitalization or treatment abroad needs you to return safely. Whether you’re in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah, we coordinate with local hospitals such as Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Rashid Hospital Dubai, or Fakeeh University Hospital, and arrange the required airline medical clearances (e.g., Emirates MEDIF, Etihad Medical Clearance). From stabilizing you in a UAE hospital to handing over to your local healthcare upon arrival, every step is managed carefully.

Key Steps in Our Repatriation Process

Medical Assessment & Planning

Doctors evaluate your current condition, medical records, and home country hospital capability to decide whether air ambulance or medical escort (commercial/private) is appropriate.

Clearance & Airline Coordination

We work with airlines like Emirates, Etihad, or other carriers, making sure the MEDIF (Medical Information Form) or “fit-to-fly” certificate is filled, submitted, and approved based on your condition.

Bed-to-Bed Transport

After discharge from UAE hospital (e.g., Mediclinic Dubai, Dubai London Clinic), we arrange ambulance transfers to airport, in-flight medical care, and ground ambulance or hospital admission at destination, ensuring continuity of care.

Expense Outline for Repatriation from UAE

Costs depend on medical support needed, distance, urgency, and aircraft type

Final quote depends on patient’s condition, required in-flight medical equipment, any ICU support, permit/visa requirements, and whether air ambulance or commercial escort route is being used.

A patient who had suffered serious injuries in a road traffic accident was required to be transported from Pune to Mumbai. I used the services of Humancare Ambulance. I must place on record the excellent services provided by this agency. They reached well ahead of time. Coordination by Mr Dharam was excellent. The accompanying doctor was very helpful. We received real-time updates about the patient during the transfer. All in all a very professional job.

We recently used Humancare Worldwide’s air ambulance service for a transfer from Dubai to Jaipur, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. From the very first contact, the team was always available to talk and quick to respond to our concerns. They were prompt in visiting us, clearly explained every step of the process, and maintained full transparency throughout.

What truly stood out was their constant communication—they provided regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind during a stressful time. Their pricing was also reasonable compared to other providers we explored.

A special mention to Lenora, who accompanied us during the transfer. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm presence made a big difference to our family.

I would absolutely recommend Humancare Worldwide to anyone in need of reliable and stress-free air ambulance services.
